I did not fall into technology sales — I built my way into it. I chose an environment where technical fluency and commercial instinct are tested every single day, and within my first year ranked #1 nationally in security software sales across the entire Harvey Norman network.

Alongside my sales career, I led the Canberra Business Society as President at the University of Canberra — managing stakeholder relationships, sponsorships, and a 200+ member community. Skills that translate directly into enterprise sales leadership.

What makes me genuinely different is that I also build the digital infrastructure I sell into. I understand technology from the inside. That perspective changes the quality of every commercial conversation I have.

Ranked #1 nationally in security software sales across Harvey Norman. Every day on the floor is a masterclass in consultative selling — reading the customer, knowing the product, and closing with confidence.

I manage a high-volume technology floor covering laptops, desktops, networking, security software, and accessories. I sell products from HP, Microsoft, Samsung, Canon, Norton, and Optus — representing each brand with the depth of knowledge their customers deserve.

I work closely with distributor contacts at Synnex, Dicker Data, and Ingram Micro on pricing and availability, and I consistently exceed monthly GP targets through solution-based selling rather than volume pushing.

President

Led a 200+ member student business society — running events, managing sponsors, and building the kind of stakeholder relationships that most people only learn to navigate years into their career.

As President I oversaw the full operational calendar, external sponsorship agreements, and a social media presence that grew significantly over my tenure. The role demanded executive communication skills, budget management, and the ability to represent the society professionally to university leadership and industry partners.

Nike is where the fundamentals were forged. Fast-paced, brand-driven, and unforgiving on conversion — it taught me how to connect with a customer in thirty seconds and make them feel confident in what they were buying.

Working on the Nike floor meant operating within strict brand standards while hitting individual sales targets daily. The emphasis on product knowledge, storytelling, and customer experience shaped the consultative approach I bring to technology sales today.
